I wanted to give you a very easy pain and stress re-leaving technique that can help you reduce stress.  It is an accupressure method that you can use just before going to sleep.

1.  You locate your belly Button and press a little to the left of the belly button and 1/2 inch up.

2.  You hold comfortable pressure there for 30 sec and then you go 1/2 inch up.

3.  You hold for 30 sec and move up in the same wasy until you reach the ribs.

4.  You repeat this on the other side.

5.  This accesses your adrenal meridian (from Chinese medicine) and can reduce stress.

Try that for 7-10 days and see if you sleep better and more relaxed.
